Our classes are held on a mat or on a chair. Chair based classes are accessible to those with limited mobility, yet still cater to those looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Mat based classes are suitable for all those comfortable moving from the mat to standing, our classes are great for mixed abilities as it can be easily adapted for anyone, even those with physical limitations


Regardless of which of these you choose to practice on, classes are all in the Hatha Yoga style. Hatha yoga uses slower and more deliberate movements, which allows for more time to get into the poses which means students can improve their strength and mobility while focussing on relaxation and mindfulness.
